Refund Policy

We want TechPMer Pro to be worth it. If it isn’t for you, you can get your money back within 14 days — no hard questions.

14-day refund

• You can request a full refund of TechPMer Pro within 14 days of purchase.
• Email support@techpmer.com from your account’s email address (or include it) and, if you have it, your order receipt. A short note on why helps us improve, but it’s optional.
• We process refunds through our payment provider, Polar, usually within a few business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
• When the refund is issued, your account moves back to the Free plan. Your notes and progress stay.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable. If something went wrong — for example you were charged twice or couldn’t access Pro — contact us and we’ll make it right.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
