Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and TechPMer when you use techpmer.com. Please read them — by creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

TechPMer is operated by Arman Gevorgyan, an individual based in Yerevan, Armenia (“TechPMer”, “we”). Contact: support@techpmer.com.

1. The service

TechPMer is an online course and learning workspace for product managers and product owners: day guides, tasks, quizzes, an AI mentor, notes and related tools. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You can try the first week as a guest. To save progress and use more features you need a free account.
• Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Plans and payment

• Free includes the parts of the course and features shown on our Plans page, with daily limits.
• Pro is a one-time payment of $29 (USD) for access to the full course on your account — no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices may change in the future; changes don’t affect purchases already made.
• Pro is sold by our reseller Polar, which acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, handles applicable sales tax/VAT and issues your receipt. Polar’s own terms apply to the payment.
• Pro access is personal to your account and may not be shared or resold.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Plan limits (like daily AI replies) are shown in the app and may be adjusted to keep the service fair and sustainable; we won’t reduce what Pro includes without notice.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse TechPMer. In particular, don’t: share or resell paid content or accounts; scrape or copy the course in bulk; try to break, overload or bypass limits or security; use the AI mentor to create illegal, harmful or abusive content; or use the service in a way that violates the law or others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. AI mentor

The AI mentor is an automated tool powered by third-party AI models. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong — check important information, and don’t rely on it for legal, financial, security-critical or professional advice. Don’t paste secrets (API keys, passwords) or confidential employer information into it.

6. Content and ownership

• TechPMer’s course content, text, design and logo belong to us. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy, publish or sell them.
• What you create — your notes, your projects, your code — belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store and show it to you.
• Links to third-party tools and sites are provided for convenience; their terms apply to your use of them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep TechPMer available, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms; if a change is important we’ll notify you, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue the course, we’ll give reasonable notice and, for Pro purchased within the previous 12 months, offer a fair partial refund.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechPMer isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
